A home search will be set up with the Richmond MLS to insure you get the most current information on houses that meet your needs and we will begin touring properties. I will provide contacts for closing attorneys, lenders, inspectors and more as needed.
This initial consultation will include a “Buyers Guide” to purchasing with step by step information about the process and a review of all of the documents required to purchase a property in the Richmond Area. This education is critical to your success.
